Engineered stripe knitting is one of Leyba’s core areas of expertise.
Our specialised auto-striper machinery enables us to develop multi-colour striped fabrics across selected constructions including single jersey, open-width jersey, interlock, rib and jacquard structures.
With up to 6-colour capability, different yarn combinations, stripe repeats and elastane options can be developed for collection-specific requirements.

Our roots
Leyba’s textile heritage began in 1974 when Osman Özdaş started trading yarn in Istanbul.
That knowledge of yarn, raw materials and textile markets later became the foundation of Leyba’s circular knitting operations.
Today, alongside fabric manufacturing, Leyba continues its yarn trading heritage through selected cotton and polyviscose yarns.
